Answer: Depending on our current workload the updating of Healthier
Practices website may vary from once weekly to once monthly. Either way
the site is updated with thousands of dollars worth of FRESH health and
wellness content. Generally we schedule our updates to occur every Monday
each week with a substantial amount of new content.
Question: Will my name and email address ever be given out or sold
to other companies?
Answer: ABSOLUTELY NOT! Healthier Practices has a very strict policy
that we will never sell, trade nor otherwise distribute or disclose the
names and email addresses of our members. We do NOT support or condone
the use of SPAM in any form or manner.
Note: Under no circumstances whatsoever
will Healthier Practices ever provide any external companies with our
subscriber's personal or private information.
Question: How do I search for past content?
Answer: You can access past content in our Archives section.
Question: How can I become a contributor for Healthier Practices?
Answer: We are always interested in new contributors that have
experience or expertise in the health and wellness industry. However we
do have certain requirements. Please do not email us samples of your work,
due to the security risks involved we cannot open your email attachments.
You must have an online portfolio that we can have access to. Please enclose
your location, full business name and your portfolio link to be considered.
All emails will be personally replied to within 24-48 hours. Please send

Question: My membership has ended but I didn't cancel this, why?
Answer: There are a few reasons why your card could be refused
even if you did not choose to cancel: Your Credit Card may have expired
or will expire soon. If you have been issued a new card with a new expiration
date, simply click here to join again with the new card. Your Credit Card
may have exceeded the credit limit at the time of renewal. Your bank account
may have had insufficient funds at the time of renewal. You may have refused
to pay, or may have charged back a membership at sometime in the past.
Question: How soon before I can expect an answer to my emails?
Answer: We answer all email usually within 24 -48 hours, however
if there is any delay, we will still reply to you. Please check to make
sure you Spam settings allow us to email you. Please add support @ Healthier
Practices.com to your safe sender or white list.
Question: I haven't received a response from Healthier Practices as
yet, why?
Answer: We answer all email that relates to billing and technical
problems usually within 24 hours. Answers to emails relating to other
issues may take a little longer as they may have to be forwarded to the
appropriate departments, however if there is a delay, we will still reply
to you.

Can I pay by other methods, i.e. checks, money orders, paypal, cash
?
Unfortunately we only accept credit card payments. By paying with a credit
card, we will have a record of all transactions for your order, and it
is much more efficient for getting your membership quickly approved and
activated.
Question: How can I pay for my membership?
Answer: Healthier Practices currently accepts payment only by Credit
Cards via 2Checkout.com.

by Healthier Practices. Your transactions are very secure as 2CheckOut
uses SSL encryption.
Which credit cards do you accept?
Credit Cards 2Checkout currently accept: VISA, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover/Novus, Diners Club and JCB. All derivatives of these brands are
also supported.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be billed once your order has been processed and
accepted by our billing department.
Are there any other hidden fees to pay?
No, there are no additional fees to be paid. We are here to do our best
to make your experience an excellent one. Customer support and customer

Question: I tried signing up and my credit card was refused even though
I know that I have a valid card! Why did this happen?
Answer: There are a few reasons why your card could be denied even
if it is a valid card:
Usually as part of the credit card verification procedure, credit cards
are checked against a negative credit card database. This database consists
of cards that were either lost, stolen, used fraudulently, or have been
refunded for purchases made online.
If your credit card has made it to this list, your credit card will not
be accepted. However, if your credit card does not fit any of the above,

Question: How often will I be charged?
Answer: This depends on the membership option you selected when
you joined.

For a Limited Time our GOLD membership is currently FREE. If you selected
PLATINUM Membership this means that the membership will continue to bill
you every 30, 90 days or annually depending on the membership term you

Question: I do not want to send my billing information online. Are
there other ways to become a member?
Answer: No, unfortunately we only accept strictly credit cards
at this time.
Question: Will I be notified if my subscription expires?
Answer: Yes, you will be notified by Healthier Practices once your
subscription expires.
Why does Healthier Practices allow limited access to areas on the
site?
Healthier Practices has two levels of membership, Gold and Platinum. For
a limited time only, Gold membership is FREE. Gold members have limited
access to only the Gold members' area. Signup for Healthier Practices
Exclusive Platinum Membership, which allows you unlimited access to both
Gold and Platinum members' resources.
Question: What is Healthier Practices Platinum Membership?
Answer: Healthier Practices Premium membership provides an unlimited
access to our massive library of health and wellness resources, with more
thorough and comprehensive information than the Gold Healthier Practices
membership. It also provides unlimited access to the Gold member's area.
Platinum members will enjoy many more benefits and resources than a Gold
member.
How much does Healthier Practices Platinum Membership cost?
Platinum Membership costs less than $1 a day, only $24.95 monthly, you
are free to cancel your membership anytime.
How can I get back my lost your Username or password?
If you've lost (or did not receive) your 'Welcome New Subscriber' email,
or if you've forgotten your username or password, you can use the Lost
Password feature on the home or login page to receive an automatic email
message (sent to your originally registered email address) of your registration
record.
